Please note that the only services Chany’s Events offers are unique luxury custom balloon arrangements, and gourmet chocolate treats. We do not provide other event or party services outside of these specialties.


Our day-of coordination services include white-glove experience for your event, beginning with an early arrival to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. I take the time to create the perfect balloon arrangement, carefully setting up each piece for maximum impact. Alongside this, I bring my gourmet chocolate treats and meticulously arrange them so your guests enjoy not only a visually stunning setup but also an indulgent, memorable experience. Every detail is thoughtfully planned to ensure your event is nothing short of beautiful and seamless.


Unfortunately this is not a service I provide.


Your deposit can be moved to another date if one is available. 

Deposits are non-refundable.


We use 100% biodegradable professional quality balloons that will last weeks indoors and up to 72 hours outdoors.


Bookings are accepted two weeks to five months in advance. Any expedited requests is an extra fee.


Minimum balloon garland orders are $450 for on-location installs.


Theres no minimum amount on treats.


Every attempt will be made to secure your installation to withstand the elements. However, extreme weather (heavy rain, strong winds, hail, and extreme temperature may impact the longevity of your display.


Unfortunately no, We stand by our work because we use professional-grade materials and cannot guarantee the quality if we use balloons provided by customers.


Each installation will be charged a delivery fee of $50. You can opt to have us break down your event for an additional charge.

Additional fees will be incurred for outdoor events, installations over 14' high, and customized sculptures.


Payments are made via our secure online booking system that is linked to your proposal. 

We require a 50% deposit to save your date. 

For custom balloon installations:
The balance of the invoice is due 1 week-prior to your pickup or delivery date

For premium balloon bouquets:
The balance of the invoice is due 2 daysprior to your pickup or delivery date
